IDEA FOR A VIDEO GAME
A Paper Mario-style RPG… wherein the princesses of two different kingdoms get word that the other princess needs to be rescued, and they simultaneously set out to rescue… each other.
Like how Paper Mario would switch between the viewpoints of Mario and Peach, this game would switch between the two princesses, culminating in the final chapter where it’s revealed they were tricked into being captured by…. another princess! Or something like that

I would buy this game if it was made…BATTLE mockup!
I accidentally drew Princess B less cartoony toward the end of her animation… but I rather like the effect, actually. Like how Final Fantasy 7’s battle models differed from their field models, except animated in.
Yeah, full animation in the game would be ideal. Going with Paper Mario’s cutout animation would cross the line from “homage” to “ripoff”, plus animation is just awesome. Difficult, I know, but look at Skullgirls. Not impossible!
